&lt;p&gt;The book shows us how some of history's greatest artists, writers, filmmakers, musicians from Warhol to JJ Abrhams and more dealt with everything from self-doubt, lack of recognition, blocks, hostile governments and more in their lives and how these situations can help can help the rest of us.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It's amazing how so many of them were dealing with variations of problems that we all face every day too; shyness, uncertainty, not wanting to expose your true self to the world and more.. and it looks at how they dealt with these things then went on to achieve legendary statuses, and how it can teach us all a lot.&lt;/p&gt;
